A Message from The Jem Project's president to her acting staff

I don't know where the weekend went, but the relief I'm feeling right now and the sense of satisfaction is so overwhelming right now.

I wanted to thank all of those that volunteered and helped make us the talk of the Jem fan world right now.  Your help and your friendship has been so valuable to me, I will always be greatful to you.  When I thought that things wouldn't go right, you were there to set my shoulders straight.  When I thought that I messed up to ruin all your chances, your words of encouragement made me brave again.  If it wasn't for you gals, I wouldn't have made it at all.

No one got the chance to see the friendships and artistry behind the scenes. These girls are pros.  They helped me with getting ready and adding ideas to the performances that I never thought of...they were truly stars that day. They did a wonderful job and they truly earned the awards we won that day.

I would like to thank:

Nikki (Kimber): for your friendship and all your support.  We really did look like sisters. :)
Amy (Aja): for her funny comments, friendship, and her support. She makes the cutest Aja.
Jenn (Raya): for being so perky! You made me forget my nervousness and get to acting.
Hellbelle (Pizzazz): we were friends right off from the start.  You really gave life to a charater I thought would be hard to pull off right.
Heather (Roxy): for being the sweet and caring person you naturally are.  It was really hard to say goodbye that day, and I hope we can see more of each other soon.
Lisa (Stormer): for all your help and guidance to us, who felt like newbies to wearing costumes and performing.  Your knowledge helped us be the professionals we (at least) looked like. :)
And my boyfriend Karol; for his work on the props, getting stuff, the filming, and all that patience to deal with a load of giggling girls.

If it wasn't for all of you, this wouldn't have taken off.  You are truly the superstars from this weekend.

A large thanks also goes out to the Jem fans, with their cheers (even before we got on stage!) and support.  I think we got a large message out that there are still many people that love Jem and would love to see her back...in any form!

I will be mailing your certificates as soon as I have them archived at home base, and I'll be working on your thank you gifts as soon as I can.

I love you all,
Sandy "Jem"
